All of our products are handmade and dermatologist approved for natural hair. Our Curling Custard is made with high quality ingredients including Kokum Butter which helps cell oxygenation, making nutrients more readily available for use by scalp tissues – which helps promote hair growth. It also supports and enhances hair elasticity, helping to ward off breakage. Chébé is the world’s best kept hair care secret. It is homemade by the Basara Arab women of Chad who are known to have long naturally coarse hair that famously grows down their backs. They cover their hair with this mixture that keeps their hair moisturized and lubricated which is the reason why they say their hair never breaks, even from childhood. Basara Arab women do not wash the powder from their hair, but the powder has a strong woody aroma so we infused it in our oil blend. It simmers on a low heat to get all the benefits from the Chébé, then is strained to remove all the powder from the remaining oil. Finally, we added several high quality ingredients to mask the aroma but also have a fragranced version if the natural is a little too strong for your taste.
