Shipping and Returns

Processing Time

We currently only offer padded envelope flat rate USPS shipping which is based on weight. If your order is larger, it will come Priority and the box will have the padding on the inside. Our handmade products are made in small batches and packaged after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for processing your order. Typically, packages arrive in 7-10 days after your order is placed, although it is our goal that you receive it much sooner. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.   

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email. So check your email (or junk mail) to view confirmation of your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. Don’t delete this email until you receive your package! This email will allow you to track your package during its transit to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. Delivery is limited to the address indicated on the validation of the order by the purchaser.  JKL Hair & Skin Care, LLC cannot be held responsible for an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer or if the buyer was not home for delivery. All undeliverable items will be returned to JKL Hair & Skin Care, LLC.  We reserve the right to request an additional postal fee for a second mailing.

Lost/Stolen, Damaged Packages, Packages marked as Delivered but never Received

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim. If your package arrived and the product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photos included to info@jklhairandskincare.com within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but you did not receive it. Once an item is marked delivered, we can no longer file a claim on that package. Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number and details about your package so that they may assist you.

Returns/Exchanges

First and foremost, we want you to be happy, however due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Our products are freshly made in small batches to ensure that you are getting the best quality products we have to offer. If you are experiencing any issues with your products, please email us at info@jklhairandskincare.com and we will try our best to offer additional tips and advice on the best way to enjoy your purchase. All sales are final!!
